That Fall Chris was hired at Catholic Family and Child Services to contract with the Moses Lake School District as an elementary counselor. The next year he left Catholic Family and was hired by the school district as a school counselor at Chief Moses Middle School were he has worked and coached for the past 28 years!
Chris states, “In 2003 I came across an email advertising Summer Institutes in Kennewick and saw that Coach Ricardo was the owner/Site Coordinator. I have enjoyed working as a Site Coordinator ever since. Thanks for the opportunity Scott!”
A Word From the President
“ In the mid-eighties, I was the Head Wrestling Coach for Central Washington University and Chris was a member our team. He became a four-year starter and leader of our squad. Years later, as a counselor he attended our SI site in Tri-Cities. With our background and his success, it was a no-brainer to hire him to start a new site in Moses Lake. Chris then recruited his loyal friend, Fernando Alveraz to be his co-cordinator.
