Google Websites – Brining Your Classroom Into the Digital Age
Are you interested in developing a Classroom Website, Unit Website, Chapter Website, Substitute Instructional Website? Would you like to create engaging activities that build and extend content knowledge in your subject area while allowing student choice and use of technology? How about creating a lesson that “fits” into your lesson plans when you have to be gone from your classroom? Do you need lessons that allow students to work at their own pace? Or do you need a way to extend student learning? Have I got an idea for you! This course is designed to help attendees plan and develop multi-step, online activities with links to necessary resources using New Google Sites in a Webquest.
Prerequisite(s) Bring your Chromebook or laptop
Course Objective(s) Participants will plan and develop a Google Site website for use in their classroom. Participants will share various websites, extensions, apps, and other resources to enhance lessons.
